Where is my earthbath® order?

If you ordered directly from earthbath.com, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number after your order has shipped.

You can use the tracking information to see where your package is in the delivery process.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed online?

We process most orders within 1 business day.

If it has been less than 1 business day since you placed your order on earthbath.com, we may still be able to help you change or cancel your order.

What do you charge for shipping?

At this time, earthbath® only ships orders within the contiguous United States.
